Tera joined the AgencyONE family in 2013. She is an integral part of the New Business team and works diligently and performs her Case Management & New Business Ops Management job with great skill. Tera obtained her ALMI and ACS designations and MD Insurance License and works hand in hand with our AgencyONE 100 Advisors and carrier partners to make sure cases run smoothly and place successfully . Tera graduated from Ball State University in Indiana in 2007 with a BS in Sociology. In her spare time, Tera loves family time with her husband, Ray, her son, Luca, and her Chihuahua, Scout.
